This place suits me perfectly, offering excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy coffee shop. The staff even helped me with currency exchange during my first stay. I highly recommend trying the restaurant! I'm coming back for a weekend.

The location was best possible there, near tourist spots. Had a nice size and well decorated room with AC as well as a balcony, and protected with smoke detectors:)))

Location is excellent.
Very bad value for money - awful hotel. I had a room from the backyard and I couldn't open the windows because of the smell coming form the kitchen and the noise of kichen ventilation system and some power supply boxes. The hotel room just smelled of damp like a basement (especially the bathroom). One night I was woken up at 1 o'clock a.m. by a horrible noise (drilling/ hammering etc.). I called the reception, the noise stopped and it went on again after 20 minutes - I was furious and shocked - they were preparing the roof terrace for the summer season at night! Nobody even bothered to apologise in the morning! Breakfast was so poor that I ended up eating out. Unreliable Internet connection. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

The location was ideal for sightseeing, yet the noise from nearby restaurants was disruptive. The staff were pleasant, though not particularly proactive, but I appreciated the friendly cleaning lady who brightened my mornings.

Some of our favorite spots such as sultanahmet square where right by the hotel. We liked the fact that we chose villa pasha...

Exellent location - quiet & close to everything, friendly personnel.
Courtyard view (standard room) is not very exciting-), breakfast is the disaster, despite the decent restaurant!

The hotel was almost charming, except for the broken windows and loud music blasting late at night. I really thought i'd get better treatment, however, instead of an upgrade for the chaos, i was dismissed! It's shameful. Too many stairs and a dirty room made me reconsider even the tiniest compliments. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

We stayed in a luxe room with view to the Marmara Sea. The location is perfect and on walking distance from all historical sights. The staff is very helpfull and solves any problem in no time. Our room was just new and the bed was great with very good mattress with balcony and great view. The room had also jacuzi and a very spacious bathroom! We enjoyed staying in Villa Pacha and will not hesitate to go back to this hotel for a next visit at Istanbul. Breakfast: eggs, tomatoes, cucumber, cheese, meat, fresh bread, juices, coffee (and hot milk) tea, cereals etc... You will not be disappointed when you stay at Villa Pacha!
Pity that the roof was not open due to renovation for a few weeks.

Lack of hot water - The suite at the 1st floor is just above the restaurant and may be noisy in week ends till midnight
